Customer terms

These terms govern quotations and orders placed with Three Threads Corporate Solutions (Private) Limited ("Three Threads"). Submitting a quote request or confirming a quote indicates acceptance of these terms.
1. Quotations
- All catalogue items are supplied on a quote basis. Prices shown in quotes are in United States dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote (normally 14 days) and are subject to supplier availability at the time of confirmation.
- Product images on the website are illustrative visuals. Final items are selected and confirmed against the approved specification in your quote.
2. Confirmation and deposits
- No order enters production before you confirm the quote.
- Production orders may require a deposit (typically 50 percent) before work begins, with the balance due before delivery or collection, as stated on your quote.
- Payment is accepted by EcoCash, bank transfer, or cash, arranged directly with our team. We do not take payments through the website.
3. Artwork and branding approval
- Branding proceeds only after you approve the artwork proof (logo, position, size, colours, and method).
- By supplying a logo or artwork you confirm that you are authorised to use it and to instruct its application. You indemnify Three Threads against third-party claims arising from artwork you supply.
- Changes after artwork approval may affect price and lead time.
4. Lead times and delivery
- Lead times are stated on the quote and start from quote confirmation, deposit receipt, and artwork approval, whichever is latest.
- Delivery arrangements and costs are agreed per order. Collection from our Harare premises is by appointment.
- Delays caused by suppliers, customs, or events beyond our control are communicated promptly with revised timelines.
5. Inspection, defects, and returns
- Please inspect goods on delivery or collection and report shortages or visible defects within 48 hours.
- Genuine manufacturing defects are repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.
- Branded (customised) items cannot be returned for reasons other than defect or supply error, since they cannot be resold.
- Sizing confirmed by the customer (or by a sizing sample you approved) is the customer's responsibility.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled without charge before quote confirmation.
- After confirmation, costs already incurred (sourced stock, completed branding, work in progress) are payable.
7. Protective equipment
PPE and safety footwear are supplied against the specification of the source product confirmed at quotation. It remains the employer's responsibility to assess suitability of PPE for a specific workplace risk. We do not make certification claims beyond the documentation of the source product.
8. Limitation of liability
Three Threads' total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. General
